1.What is the typical delivery timeframe?

We take great care in creating your custom portrait, and we aim to get it to your door as quickly as possible.

• USA: Estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks from your purchase date. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, shipping may extend up to 3 weeks.

• UK, Canada, Australia & Europe: Estimated delivery is 2 weeks from your purchase date. During peak holiday seasons, please allow up to 4 weeks for arrival.
  

2.What are the final dimensions of the framed portraits?

All our black, white, and walnut frames feature a sleek 1-inch moulding. Below are the final dimensions for each print size:

• 8" x 10" print: 10" x 12" framed

• 12" x 16" print: 14" x 18" framed

4.How many pets can I include in one portrait, and what types do you illustrate?

You can feature up to three pets in a single portrait. We love all kinds of animals and have experience illustrating a wide variety of pets—from dogs and cats to birds, bunnies, and even fish! If you have a unique pet, feel free to reach out; we’d love to help you bring their personality to life.

5.Can you add or remove accessories in my pet's portrait?

We cannot add any accessories that aren't already present in your uploaded photo. By default, our artists will remove everyday items—such as leashes, collars, and harnesses—to give your portrait a clean, classic look. If you would prefer to keep an accessory in your final artwork, please be sure to leave a note for our team during checkout.

6.What are Limited Edition backgrounds?

To keep your home decor as unique as your pet, we release a curated collection of seasonal backgrounds available for a limited time. For an additional $10, you can personalize your portrait with these exclusive designs. Please note that once the season ends, these designs are permanently retired and will not be re-released.
