At Halospet, we create meaningful memorial products designed to honor the love and memories shared with your beloved pets. Because many of our items are personalized and made-to-order, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

✅Returns

We accept returns for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

✅To be eligible for a return:

🎯The item must be unused and in its original condition
🎯The item must be returned in its original packaging
🎯Proof of purchase is required

✅Personalized & Custom Orders

Due to the emotional and customized nature of our products, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

🎯The item arrives damaged
🎯The wrong item was received
🎯There is a manufacturing defect

✅Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

🎯Clear photos of the item and packaging
🎯A brief description of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

✅Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

✅Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, customized orders cannot be canceled.
